but anyway, the beach was superb-fantastic-glorious-amazing-awesome-beautiful-(insert adjective). fine white sand, shallow and calm blue sea. we walked along God's amazing creation, it was postcard-perfect. and what do kids do when they see sand? (see the pics for hints)
the quad room was a bit stinky (maybe cuz we had a chao sng girl with us?) but clean and comfortable enough. after our first lunch, we theorised that the salt was free cuz the food was so salty. but apparently it wasnt enough salt for one day. we still had a snorkelling session at 2.30pm. before that trip however, we played about in the shallow water where xin, kevin and frankie all drank quite a bit of salt water through the snorkel. (it was entertaining to say the least!)
